Celebrating the Year Together
To wrap up the year, our office team headed into the city for a well-deserved celebration. We shared a great dinner, plenty of conversation, and a chance to slow down after a busy year.
The night didn’t stop there, karaoke brought out plenty of laughs, surprise performances, and some serious enthusiasm. It was a fun reminder that behind all the hard work is a team that enjoys each other’s company and knows how to have a good time.
Thank you to our office staff for everything you have given this year. It was the perfect way to celebrate our efforts and close the year on a high, celebrating all we have achieved together.

Some of our Stars of the Month were treated to a Light Aircraft Flight over the Yarra Valley and Melbourne skyline!
It was a special way to celebrate their hard work, and dedication to CNHC. From excited smiles to breathtaking views, the day was filled with awe, and memories to treasure.

Farewell, Sharyn
In loving memory of Sharyn-Lee Considine, a dear friend and a former employee of Complete Nursing and Home Care.
She made quite an impact to our organisation and to this life and will forever be remembered, we hope you are now resting in peace.
The legacy Sharyn left is a garden of joy, and her memory will bloom till no end.

Star of the Month
“I am truly honoured to be chosen this month. I have been working with the company for almost 3 years now.
Work can be hectic most of the time and the schedule drastically changes, but I see to it that I always have time for myself, a little bit of self care goes a long way. Work-life balance is important in this field of work so, when I get the chance to do pilates, yoga, or quickly hangout with my friends I do it. Even if it may just be a short time after work or in between my shifts when I have long breaks; or I simply treat myself to a good massage or facial once every two months. These are simple things but it helps me a lot to avoid getting burned out. I find joy working especially when you have a very good relationship with your client, it doesn’t feel like work anymore most of the times, it feels like visiting a friend and catching up with them at the same time helping them.”

As part of our ongoing commitment to meeting NDIS Practice Standards and ensuring the safety of our workers and clients, please complete the following annual checks at the start of the year.
🚗 Vehicle Safety & Maintenance
If you support clients using your own vehicle, please ensure your vehicle maintenance is current.
You can submit your service records to the HR email for our records.
We also offer discounts through our partnered maintenance company.
If you are interested, please contact HR.
🚨 Client Home Safety
Please check for:
Working smoke detectors (check if they are blinking and operational)
Any risks or hazards in the client’s home environment
(e.g., loose rugs, clutter, wet floors, exposed cords, etc.)
If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately.
🤑 Infection Control
Everyone has a role to play in reducing healthcare-associated infections by consistently following good infection prevention & control practices.
The NDIS expects all workers to complete annual Infection Prevention and Control refresher training. In line with this, HR will be issuing the annual Infection Prevention and Control refresher training to all staff.
🧺 First Aid Kits
Basic first aid kits are available at the office.
If you do not yet have a first aid kit or need a replacement, please contact HR to arrange collection.

Who can Participate?
All Complete Nursing clients and staff.
How to refer?
1. Use the Complete Nursing Referral Form on our website: Complete Nursing
2. Receive $100 for each successful referral who signs up and starts using our services.
3. Receive an additional $150 when your referral stays with us for 8 weeks of support services.
Here’s your chance to refer a friend and get rewarded for helping us grow our amazing team. Both you and your successful referee can receive up to $250.00 in vouchers each! 🎉
How it works:
- Receive $100.00 once your referee completes 20 shifts within 6 weeks after induction.
- Earn an additional $150.00 if your referee maintains at least 10 hours of work per week for the next 24 weeks (6 months).
- The program offers unlimited referrals, so the more people you refer, the more rewards you can earn!
