Our skilled support workers provide a regular service to help you, your loved one or client with your every day care needs. All our services are provided in your accommodation – no matter whether that’s shared, solo or with your family.
We are visitors in your home. And you, your carers and therapists know your goals and needs best. We consult with you on your NDIS Plan and make sure that the service we provide meets your goals. We help with:

We aim to help you with your daily hygiene, toileting, moving around your home and eating your meals.
Help with personal hygiene
We help you with personal care, including showering, bathing and oral hygiene. Your personal care will be tailored to you. Our staff can provide either less or more intensive care as required. You will receive personal care services to maintain your hygiene and well-being.
Help with dressing
We help you with personal care, including showering, bathing and oral hygiene. Your personal care will be tailored to you. Our staff can provide either less or more intensive care as required. You will receive personal care services to maintain your hygiene and well-being.
Help with toileting

Help with mobility
Going where you want to go at the time you want is an important part of living a fulfilled life! Our team can help you with your mobility and transfers. This includes using mobility aids, getting in and out of bed and moving around your house. We are here to help you be both safe and independent in your home.
Help with eating and drinking
We will help you with your meals and snacks so that you get the best nutrition to stay healthy. We want you to enjoy mealtimes. We help with heating food, getting the right utensils and ensuring your food is the right consistency. We will always treat you with dignity and respect.

Here are some of the questions we are often asked. Everyone has unique needs, so please contact us with your questions.

What hours of service can I expect for my Support Worker?
We provide services 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. You can discuss your detailed service needs with your Service Coordinator.

Do you share my personal information?
We only collect relevant information about you to enable us to provide your service safely. This information is only shared with authorised staff who need this to provide your service. This information may also be shared with providers or health professionals where you have given consent.

Can I use your services for other people that live with me?
The support services that your NDIS plan covers are only able to be provided to you. They cannot be extended to other members of your family or your household. The exception is if they have a service agreement with us. Then we can support them also. And that often works well in shared accommodation.
