What information do I need to provide when I contact Complete Nursing and Home Care to become a Participant?

Do I have to have NDIS funding to become a Participant with Complete Nursing and Home Care?

What can Support Workers help me with?

CNHC can help with a range of supports including:

  • Personal care
  • Sleepovers
  • Domestic support
  • Medication support
  • Transport

Note that we have a no lift policy unless mechanical support is available e.g.slide sheets, hoist, etc.

Can I make changes to a shift?

Of course. CNHC has a flexible approach to your services. The Service Coordinators will do their best to make any changes to your service that you need. A change in service time may result in a different Support Worker providing your service.

Can my Support Workers help with transport?

Providing transport will be dependent on your funding for transport in your NDIS plan. If you do not have transport funding, and wish for the Support Workers to use your vehicle to transport you, please reach out to your Service Coordinator who will provide you with our Vehicle Policy and agreement forms.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel a shift?

If you will not be home on the day or at the time you usually receive your service, you should give us as much notice as possible. The best way to make changes is to call your Service Coordinator during normal business hours.

You may be charged for your service if you do not provide the required minimum notice. Under NDIS this is 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. This will vary depending on your funding source but will be outlined in your service agreement.

You will not have to pay for the service in the case of an emergency.
