The family story that is Complete Nursing and Home Care
John Roberts started the company in 2010, with the first agency opening in Melbourne’s West. The team’s strong commitment to delivering quality local care and support for people living with disability led to the next agency opening.
John replicated the agency in his hometown with an office in Brisbane’s East. He brought the same values of respect, integrity, quality and commitment into the second branch. By integrating these values, CNHC ensures that the participants and staff receive and provide the highest levels of care, choice and control.
In 2018, John’s daughter Renata opened the Gold Coast branch in Nerang, followed by Hobart soon after.
In 2019, John’s son Nick opened Brisbane North and managed the three Queensland operations.
A growing disability support team and locations
The family, Renata, John and Nick, then collectively worked to open further offices in Werribee, Bendigo, and Cebu in the Philippines.
John’s career has spanned 5 decades and although still an active ear and voice in the company, is now stepping back a little to focus his seemingly endless energy on investments, sailing, flying and travelling.
Nick and Renata are now managing the Australia-wide operations, calling on their comprehensive experience of successfully managing their own businesses over the last three decades.
And, from a humble start in an area of need, the company has now reached a team of 300 across seven locations. And we’re looking for more people to join our CNHC community.
