  • Enjoy having company

Love my service coordinator Alysia and my current team. I love that everyone loves my dog Amber, and they take her for walks. I enjoy having the company of another person in the house.

have a question about our personal care services?

Here are some of the questions we are often asked. Everyone has unique needs, so please contact us with your questions.

Do I need an NDIS Plan?

Most of our clients are participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This means that they have an approved NDIS plan, and funding to achieve their goals. Personal care may fit under a number of NDIS funding categories, including:

  • Assistance with self-care activities
  • Assistance in supported independent living
  • Development of daily living and life skills.

What level of support can you provide?

The level of support we provide depends on what your goals are, as the participant. We can provide a simple level of care, providing support for you to be independent. And our registered nurses can also provide a complex level of care, as set out in your approved management plan. This is if, for example, peg-feeding is needed or there are behavioural aspects to consider. Our initial consultation and planning works through this with you in detail.

Are you NDIS registered?

Yes, Complete Nursing & Home Care is a registered NDIS provider, and has detailed systems and processes to make sure that we keep participants and carers safe and well cared for.

Do you support older people?

Yes. We support older people, including older people with disabilities. Our focus is on people with higher levels of need, and supporting them to remain in the community. No matter the reasons, they may need support.

How often will the support worker change?

We know how important continuity is, particularly when someone is helping you with personal care. We try hard to provide consistency of support worker. Where we can’t, we will give you as much advance notice as we can. We have support workers who have been working with the same clients over multiple years.

Our locations across Victoria and Queensland

CNHC provides its services out in the community from its seven offices, conveniently located in regional cities and suburbs of Melbourne and Brisbane.
