What I enjoy about working with CNHC is the communication with the office and other support workers. I have been able to work the flexible hours that I require. As a support worker, I enjoy helping and building relationships with the participants that I work with. Being a support worker is so rewarding and makes me feel good to support someone to have a good day.
It makes me more than happy to see their smile when I am with them.
The best part of working for CNHC is that I always get support from my team, including my team leader, coordinator, and senior colleagues. They always help me when I face difficulties and give me suggestions when I feel confused.
My favourite part of the job is that I can make an impact on my clients. I can use my skills and experience to take care of clients, not only physically but mentally. I am happy to see their smile when I am with them.
The best thing about working for CNHC is that all the staff in the office are super nice and supportive of you and your decisions.
My favourite part of the job is being able to go into a client’s home and make them feel like they can achieve anything! The friendships you build with co-workers and also the clients. I love being able to help those in need and to see how happy they are with the support given to them.
I’ve been working at CNHC for over a year now and I can truly say, Hayley from Werribee office is the best coordinator I have had throughout the Complete Nursing team, as she is very understanding in every circumstance. I feel like she understands me personally, the hardship sometimes as a worker and the stress sometimes. She is always there to help when I need it and I feel very comfortable talking to her regarding shifts and clients.

What is the best thing about working for CNHC?
First of all I am really grateful to get an opportunity to work with CNHC. In my experience, it was really hard to find work down here in Tasmania but CNHC believed in me and gave me an opportunity to work with them. I would like to say if I need to clarify anything or get to know about something, all the staff is very helpful.
What are your favourite parts of the job?
If I am going to talk about my favourite part of the job it is that I like to work with a diverse range of people every day and help them when they need. Also, I like challenges. Through this job I get an opportunity to meet many locals and visit many places with participants. So I am enjoying what I do.
